Head of Policy, Governance and Stakeholder Recognitions at City and Guilds

Caroline was appointed Head of Policy, Governance and Stakeholder Recognitions at City and Guilds in January 2017 and will be responsible for working with Governments and other stakeholders, UK and international, on key policy issues in qualifications and technical education. Previously Caroline was Assistant Director at UKCES and managed the standards and frameworks programme on behalf of the four home nations including the strategy on National Occupational Standards. Her past roles include CEO of a National Training Organisation, a senior lecturer in College of FE for 6 years and she holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Manchester.
