Bio

Sue Pittock has spent 20 years in the education sector and joined Remit as Chief Executive in July 2013. Sue is professionally qualified with a postgraduate MBA.

She has designed and operated some of the largest Apprenticeship Programmes in the country, including, Starbucks, Morrisons, Waitrose, Scania, MAN, and Volvo Trucks.

Sue also serves on the CBI Council to actively promote the apprenticeship agenda and is part of the HGV trailblazer group to help employers build the best programme. Sue is driven to champion not just the needs of Remit, but also as an advocate supporting the wider sector. Sue was honoured by DfE with an OBE in the Kings New Year Honours for services to education.
