Oliver joined Pearson in April 2017. He is responsible for Pearson’s Workforce Skills strategy, which focuses on data-driven upskilling and reskilling that supports career progression, drives growth for employers, and helps people unlock their potential. Oliver previously led Sales for Pearson’s UK Higher Education Division.
Before joining Pearson, Oliver spent 11 years as a management consultant at EY, working in multiple countries and industries. He spent significant time looking at workforce and skills challenges across the corporate and government organisations, such as Tesco, Ministry of Defence, Australian Defence Force and Musgrave.
