FE Week Adverts - If your package includes an advert or advertorial in FE Week your publication date will have been confirmed at the point of booking. Please also note that artwork should be supplied on the Wednesday before the edition is published.

Queries

App artwork – headline partner, conference sponsors, registration, exhibition and app sponsors Please provide your artwork in two sizes – one for mobile, one for tablet:  Supported file types: JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF only. Please note GIF animation will only occur on iOS devices; Recommended sizes: 1) 144 x 144 pixels; 2) 444 X 306 pixels;  Please provide the weblink you want linked to the artwork.

If your package includes a workshop, you will need to supply your workshop information by Friday 12 January. This will ensure that your workshop is advertised when bookings commence.

Delegate bag insert (x900 pieces) 
Applicable to: headline partner, conference sponsors, registration sponsor, exhibition sponsor, dinner sponsor, drinks sponsor, delegate bag sponsor, conference app sponsor, writing pad sponsor and Strategic Partner.       Please confirm what your bag insert is and send shipping information.       Delegate bag items to be delivered to The ICC using the delivery instructions/label.

Media Wall artwork - Applicable to: headline partner, conference sponsors, registration sponsor, exhibition sponsor, dinner sponsor, drinks sponsor.    Media Wall in the registration area.  Half will have the Conference branding the other half will have sponsor branding/logos/video alternating. Size and format to be confirmed.

Friday 02 February

Blade Screen artwork - Applicable to: headline partner, conference sponsors, registration sponsor, exhibition sponsor, dinner sponsor, drinks sponsor.     Blade screens across the venue - these will show programme and directional information about the conference/ dinner as relevant, with sponsor branding/logos/video alternating.     Provide artwork graphic which will sit on the screen for 20 seconds, or video max 20 seconds.     Size and specification to follow.
