Exhibitor Ticket Booking Guide
Please read this guide carefully. You have been allocated a certain number of Conference Delegate passes and Stand Support passes within your Exhibitor Package. You will be charged for any additional passes booked outside of this allowance.
If you have been allocated tickets at the Gala Dinner, you will be contacted separately to confirm details of your guests. This guide covers the following points:

To access the Exhibitor Ticket Booking site please got to https://cvent.me/XX3E4G and follow the steps provided.
Enter the details of your first attendee. If you are registering on behalf of the attendee, tick the box below and you will be asked to enter your information as the Registration Administrator. Once complete, click Next.

Please then proceed to fill out the information on the next pages (Job Title & Company information)
You will then be asked for the ticket type you request: *If the attendee is attending both days of the conference with the same ticket type, you will need to select the related Full Conference item.

Please then click next until you reach the Registration Summary.
To register more than one member of staff within the allocation of your Exhibitor Package, click Add Another Attendee, once you reach the Registration Summary.

You’ll be taken back to a page like below, please proceed to fill out the information for the next attendee.

Continue to add attendees for each member of staff you require tickets for within your package allocation. When sufficient attendees have been added, please read the Terms and Conditions, then click Next.
The final screen provides a summary of the registration and the Terms and Conditions which must be read and agreed. The main details displayed are for the Primary Registrant, with details of the additional guests below. To edit any of the registrants, click Edit beside their name. To continue, read and agree the Terms and Conditions and click Next.
The final screen provides a summary of the registration and lets you know if a payment is required. This is where you will be required to insert your discount code. When ready, click Submit. A confirmation email will then be sent.

You can navigate backwards and forwards at all points during the registration, by clicking Previous, Next and Edit on the relevant pages.
As a valued exhibitor at the conference, we are offering a 20% discount to you to use and share for additional Conference Attendee tickets.

Additional Stand Support passes cost £80 per person per day and can be selected at the ticket selection screen.
Once a booking has been made, an email confirmation will be sent including the booking deta and a Confirmation Number. Within that email there will be a link to ‘Modify Registration’

You may be asked for the Confirmation number, this can be found in the confirmation email.
The registration summary page will appear with full details of the booking and a variety of options.

To amend any details of the booking including, substituting tickets to another delegate, amending ticket selections, etc. select the Modify Registration button and replace the details for the new attendee and/or select the new ticket details.
To cancel a booking, click Cancel Registration, followed by Finish to proceed with the cancellation.
