The conference runs over two days and the cost of your ticket is dependent upon how many days you will be attending. You can purchase a Full Conference ticket allowing access to both days or a single day ticket to attend one day. Registration is now open.

After completing the registration pages, you will be given the option to Pay by Invoice or Card Payment. Upon selecting to Pay by Invoice, an invoice will be issued to you in respect of the conference fee (plus VAT) within 5 working days. Payment must be received no later than 30 days after the date of the invoice.
If you need us to quote a Purchase Order number on the invoice, there is a PO number field within the registration website. Alternatively, please email your purchase order number to finance@lsect.com.

The discount code box is on the Payment screen of the registration process. Discounts cannot be stacked, and additional discount codes will not work in combination with Group discounts.

The last date for making ticket amendments will be Monday 7 March 2022. After this date, we will be unable to accept any amendments and there will be no further refunds or credit notes.

Yes, you are able to amend all of the booking information via the Modify Registration link within your confirmation email or by letting the team know at aac@feweek.co.uk. Please note the last date for making substitutions will be two weeks prior to the event, Monday 7 March 2022. After this date we cannot guarantee that delegate badges and lists include your updated information.

It is not necessary for you to bring along a printed ticket.

Face coverings will not be required for the event, however you may wish to bring along if you prefer to wear a covering throughout the event and venue.
In line with the recent changes to Government guidance and the end of Plan B restrictions, from Thursday 27th January the venue will not require visitors to pass through COVID-19 status checks at the entry points to the venue.
The ICC benefits from two entrances that lead into the sizeable public mall, providing ample room to enter the venue safely and then access a route to reach the event. You'll also find hand sanitiser stations available at entry and exit points to the venue and to the event.
