Managing Director Rachael Bishop, founded RLB Safeguarding Ltd to support organisations to understand their duty of care towards keeping children and adults safe.  

RLB was established after Rachael achieved many years working within the local authority in frontline child and adult protection services leading on to Corporate Management positions and has worked with people in a variety of settings and industries to understand risk, impact, and challenges.

Rachael has over 18 years of experience paired with an extensive training record in the safeguarding field and has significant experience to share from the local authority, prison service, the police, youth offending, the NHS mental health services, and her previous roles as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and as the Head of Safeguarding across a variety of education based organisations including schools, apprenticeships, and employability.

RLB services include safeguarding consultation, audit, and a variety of bespoke and fully accredited safeguarding related training courses.
