Apprentices tell us they need access to support networks to help them on their journey, and now they can. The Association of Apprentices (AoA) is a not-for-profit, membership organisation created for apprentices across the UK. Members gain access to a dedicated online-networking platform, apprentice-tailored events, and off-the-job learning. Led by apprentices, AoA understands that they often miss the social experience and peer support network offered by traditional education routes. AoA fills this gap. Working with employers, training providers and end-point assessment organisations, we support all UK apprentices at every stage of their programme and beyond, to fulfil their potential.
