I have been involved with work based learning for over 20 years in a variety of roles.  My first role was as an Assessor and then moved into quality assurance roles as my skills and knowledge developed. More recently I worked for City & Guilds for 8 years as a quality advisor and EQA and my current role with Babcock International involves supporting the teams through the transition from frameworks to standards.
