Lucy has over 20 years Business Development and Sales Management experience. She has worked in the apprenticeship arena for the past 6 years previously running Business Development Teams for several London FE Colleges. Since July 2016 she has been the Apprenticeship Lead for Health Education England looking after 15 NHS Trusts in London and is part of the national team providing strategic support and guidance around apprenticeships for NHS Trusts in the UK. Coming from a Training Provider background has proved to be invaluable in this role as she fully understands all aspects of funding and delivery and also the constraints and potential pitfalls to avoid. She is very passionate about apprenticeships and helping the NHS to utilise the Levy to ensure high quality provision and successful partnership models with Training Providers.
