Senior Associate, Strategic Development Network

Louise is an expert in the apprenticeship reforms, and FE more broadly. She holds a Masters in Educational Leadership and specialises in leadership and management, lean improvement, employer relationships and quality assurance. Louise worked at director level for Sunderland College and has extensive experience as a consultant, for SDN and other partners, focusing on both FE and HE. Louise is also co-owner and director of Mesma Software – supporting providers to put their quality assurance and apprenticeship plans into action.
