Business Administration Apprentice, Balfour Beatty
Josie Fowler is a 16 Year Old Business Administration Apprentice from Balfour Beatty, after the completion and success of her GCSES in 2016, Josie was keen to pursue her a passion for Business Studies and Resistant Materials. As a practical learner with ambition and capability, commencing an apprenticeship at Balfour Beatty within a matter of weeks after leaving school was perfect to facilitate Josie in achieving her future aspirations by allowing her to continue her Business Studies within a engineering environment.
Six months into Josie’s Apprenticeship she was shortlisted to the one of top 3 NVQ level 2 apprentices at Learning Unlimited having been nominated by other employees at Balfour Beatty.
Having attained GCSE’S, Sports Leadership, Duke Of Edinburgh & Apprentice Ambassador Certification & Qualifications. Josie is constantly gaining experience and new qualifications with Balfour Beatty & Learning Unlimited. Additionally Josie has worked with The Round House Events & Delaware North gaining experience and skills she can translate through her future careers.
Josie hopes to succeed within her career and is driven by ambition, believing that success is possible with perseverance and determination, Josie hopes to one day inspire others.
