John Pratt joined the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in January 2016 where he is responsible for the development and implementation of UCEM’s apprenticeship management systems and processes and the integration of apprenticeship delivery into UCEM’s wider activity.

He has worked in the education and skills sector since 1992. Prior to joining UCEM John was Head of Eastleigh College Training Agency with responsibility for the management of Eastleigh College’s day and block release apprenticeship offer. Previous roles include Owner, Consulting4Impact; Development Manager, SummitSkills; Head of Highbury Northarbour Centre, Highbury College, Lecturer in Construction and Building Services Engineering.
