With over 13 years’ experience in the Teaching, Training & Assessment industry, Cheryl joined Babcock Assessments in November 2017 from Pearson, the UK’s largest awarding organisation, and has a wealth of experience in the development of EPA propositions, assessment design and working with Trailblazer Employer Groups, having managed and developed a suite of over 80 work-based qualifications and end point assessments. Previously, she was responsible for qualification development and functional skills at the awarding organisation EDI. Cheryl is responsible for the building of, and continuous improvement of Babcock Assessments EPA portfolio of assessments and support services.
