Beej Kaczmarczyk is widely recognised as a leading funding and planning specialist for FE providers. He has developed a range of training programmes and consultancy services focusing on funding methodologies, alternative funding sources, curriculum planning, teaching and learning, quality assurance, performance management and improvement, as well as leadership and management development. After his company, Sector Training, was acquired by EDI and then Pearson, Beej went on to develop new approaches to organisational development and performance improvement for providers, using techniques from other sectors. Beej joined Learning Curve Group as a director in January 2015 and supports their provider and employer clients plan for opportunities around the levy, loans and adults skills.
