An educational professional, with over 17 years of operating across various academic and vocational subject areas, ranging from entry level to level 6.
With experience of both UK and global education systems in both private and public organisations, Thomas has extensive knowledge in the design, delivery, assessment and quality assurance of industry-recognised credentials, qualifications and Apprenticeship End Point Assessments.
Thomas has experienced the full scope of vocational education in the UK from direct apprenticeship delivery, through to regulators and government departments.
Thomas was a hospitality apprentice after leaving school in 1997 and became the lead culinary project manager for the 2012 London Olympic Games. Thomas delivered a food production operation across two Olympic sites, as part of the UK’s largest catering operation since World War Two.
Thomas currently is the Director of Apprenticeships at NOCN Group.
