Emily is an innovative educational manager with nearly two decades of experience in further and higher education. Emily uses her senior management experience as a lead on strategic and operational requirements alongside wide-ranging involvement in quality assurance to support her institutional leadership of Apprenticeships and Functional Skills delivery within a higher education setting. Emily specialises in supporting the embedding of ESFA and Ofsted requirements in university and employer settings alongside the development of new departments, programmes and training offers in a range of settings. Emily is an experienced Independent End-Point Assessor, alongside being a fully qualified teacher, assessor and IQA.
