Done well, this can improve financial viability, enable investment and mitigate against price-band reductions. However, having the confidence to charge more than the 5% co-investment or more than your competitors can be a daunting prosect. This session explores the relationship between quality, service & price and how different employers prioritise them. It will explore segmenting employers into their relationship with you and how price changes may be received. It will also look at your own value proposition and the messages that you should be promoting about quality and service within your own college or provider.
