A not to be missed one day summit for employers at the Annual Apprenticeship Conference.
With sweeping reforms changing the education and skills landscape, and the introduction of the apprenticeship, it has never been more important for employers to get to grips with apprenticeships.
The summit will include a mixture of presentations, case studies, panel discussions and table workshops, the conference will focus on how apprenticeships can effectively work for your business, covering funding, and delivery, quality and future developments.
Attendees will also hear from the AAC keynote speakers, including the HMCI Amanda Spielman, chief inspector at Ofsted and the newly appointed chief executive of the Institute for Apprenticeships.

The summit is primarily for levy-paying employers who understand the potential apprenticeships have to up-skill the workforce and develop future leaders. If you are an HR Director/Manager, Apprenticeship Manager, Head of Training or similar then this conference is for you.

When is it?
The summit will run on day two (22 March) of the Annual Apprenticeships Conference and all delegates will have the opportunity to explore the main conference and exhibition.
AAC has rapidly become recognised as the premier professional apprenticeship conference, providing policy and practical updates in partnership with the Department for Education, and it is also now the largest conference in the sector.
Across the three days, delegates will have access to more than 100 workshops, 50 exhibitors, top policy officials and sector experts. Senior staff from colleges, training providers, universities, employers and assessment organisations will all have access to business-critical news, advice, and keynotes.
